🛠️ Processing Time
All of our items are handmade with care. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. During busier times such as holiday season, or for larger/bulk orders, processing may take a little longer.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on weight and delivery location. Most orders are shipped with USPS. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes:
~ 3–7 business days (U.S.) depending on your location
~ We currently do not ship to countries outside of the U.S.

Please note that once a package leaves our business and is in the care of the shipping carrier, I no longer have control over delays, reroutes, mishandling, or delivery times.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it:
~ Double-check around your home, mailbox, or porch
~ Ask neighbors, roommates, or household members
~ Contact your local post office—they may be holding it and can help investigate the whereabouts of your package
Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked delivered by the carrier.
That being said, if this happens to you, please reach out! I’ll do my best to assist and may offer a one-time replacement, depending on the situation.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, I’ll gladly replace it at no extra charge. Here's what to do:
1. Email us at hello@sunnyprints.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the error
3. I’ll send out a replacement as quickly as possible!
***Please note that because all items are custom-made using customer-provided photos, I cannot offer replacements due to user-submitted errors (e.g. blurry photos or incorrect images).***
✨ Extra Protection Options
If you're purchasing a bulk or high-value order, you can reach out to us before ordering so we can discuss adding optional insurance coverage or signature confirmation deliveries to your purchase.
