Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: You can order directly through our website by choosing your product, uploading your photo, and adding any notes you'd like. We’ll take care of the rest!
Question: Can I order just one magnet?
Answer: Each item comes with a different quantity set in which they are sold. Some of our most common ones include sets of 4, 6, 9, and 12. Unfortunately we don't offer purchases of a single quantity item at this time.
Question: Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Answer: Yes! If you're interested in ordering 50 or more items, check out our "Wholesale Orders" page and send us a message there for a custom quote.
Question: Do you accept custom designs other than photos?
Answer: Absolutely! We can print artwork, logos, quotes, or anything else you have in mind. Just upload the file or send us a message.
Question: What kind of photos work best?
Answer: Clear, high-resolution images with good lighting and centered subjects work best. Avoid blurry or pixelated photos for best results.
Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Orders are typically made and shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3-5 business days after that. If you need to expedite an order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to meet your deadline!
Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.
Question: Do you offer shipping insurance?
Answer: We can! Please email us and we can definitely discuss adding insurance coverage or signature confirmation deliveries to your purchase. This is strongly recommended for bulk and high-value orders to ensure full coverage if the package becomes lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
Question: What if my package gets stolen after delivery?
Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked 'delivered' by the carrier. That being said, if this happens to you, please reach out! I’ll do my best to assist and may offer a one-time replacement, depending on the situation.
Question: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Answer: We’re happy to replace any item that arrives with a manufacturing defect or with a printing error—just send us a photo of the error within 7 days of delivery and we will work on sending you a replacement.
Question: Do you offer returns?
Answer: Since most of our items are custom made, we’re unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction means everything to us—if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right. We want you to love your keepsakes as much as we love creating them!
